Customer Creation and privacy policy
Creating a customer profile with JF Stamps Danmark (www.jf-stamps.dk) will not obligate you to buy in our shop. Creating a customer profile is completely free.
Private customer information will not be disclosed to third parties in any way. This also applies to information submitted by establishing a customer profile.
We store information submitted by your purchase for a minimum of 5 years according to the Danish legislation for accounting. Employees at JF Stamps Danmark, who manage orders, will have access to this information.
As a registered customer of JF Stamps Danmark (www.jf-stamps.dk), you are entitled to object to the registration. According to the Danish legislation on personnel data, you are entitled to full access to all information we have about you. Creating a customer profile with JF Stamps Danmark (www.jf-stamps.dk) is considered an acceptance of the conditions below. At the same time, you are obliged to provide correct personal data. Any misrepresentation in customer information is considered forgery and could lead to prosecution.
Currency and exchange rates
All prices and valuation prices on www.jf-stamps.dk are specified in €. Conversions and viewing in other currencies are considered to be indicative and by currency fluctuations the price of € is applicable.
Ordering and delivery
All confirmed orders are processed, packed and shipped within three business days after the sale via POSTDANMARK. Expected delivery time in Denmark is 5-7 days. Deliveries abroad are expected to take longer depending on the postal service in the countries concerned.
When you buy from our shop, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This includes invoice number, JF-item number, name and address of the recipient and an overview of the products ordered. The total order amount will be given in €, but can also be converted into another currency.
Postage and shipping
Postage and shipping costs will be added to all shipments.
Letters internal DENMARK
All normal letters internal in DENMARK cost € 4.
Registred letters internal in DENMARK cost € 13 up to 100 gram.

Letters OUTSIDE DENMARK
Normal letters: 4€
Registred letters: 19€
Orders below 100€ will be posted as a normal letter.
Orders above 100€ will be send as Registred letters.

Payment
All used items / objects sold under the special provisions of the Auctioneers. It is therefore not possible to deduct input VAT.

The payment on credit cards, etc. is levied only when the item is shipped. By payment made in a weekend or on a public holiday the goods will be shipped the next working day. If we are unable to deliver the goods ordered, we will contact you within 3 working days.
You can always check if your order is shipped, by logging on and click on "view order".
Warranty
The warranty is the customer's right to complain about objects that have non-described defects at time of purchase as per the Sale of Goods Act. If objects have described errors complaints can not be based on these described errors.
Objects complained about must be submitted to JF Stamps Danmark within 60 days of receipt and the right to claim are 24 months according to Danish regulations. Information on the invoice number, lot number and price must be attached to the object. The product must be properly packed. Damage caused by inadequate packaging may result in lapse of your rights. Returns
You have 2 weeks right of withdrawal on all products you buy online (except for digital products downloaded, here the right of withdrawal is invalidated when you receive the password) applicable from the day you receive the item.
You have 14 days to return the items.
The right of withdrawal is conditioned by the return of the product in the same condition and quantity. Receipt should always be enclosed. You also have the right to cancel your purchase by not receiving the goods.

Possible costs associated with return/shipping is covered by the customer.
The purchase price will be refunded according to general rules and regulations to same paymentmethod used, when we have received and checked the item, but not later than 14 days after reception cf. Consumer Contracts Act § 12c.

Your orders may at any time be viewed electronically by logging on to www.jf-stamps.dk and select the link "view order".
Consumer Agreement Act
Your order and your purchase via JF Stamps Danmark (www.jf-stamps.dk) is subject to ordinary Danish law, including Act No. 886 on certain consumer contracts (doorstep selling etc., distance and ongoing services), of December 23rd 1987 as amended by Act No. 262 of June 6th1993 and Law No 1098 of December 21st 1994 - colloquially Door Sales Act. The Consumer Agreement Act at 13/6 2015 are used.
Personal data policy for JF-Stamps.dk

Short and simple: We do not share your information with other parties.
Information
At registration at jf-stamps.dk, you have provided us the following personal information:
First name, last name, address and optional company name and address.
We store this information in our customer database and use it to send you ordered JF-items and newsletters with new material and offers.
For internal use, we also store data on your purchases of JF- items.
In case you have entered your email, we will send you invoices, payment reminders and newsletters via email. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can always revoke your subscription, either by clicking the unsubscribe link that you will find at the bottom of each newsletter email from us or by sending a mail to Kim@jf-stamps.dk.
If you want to receive your purchases by post in Denmark, we will need to store your telephone number. This is a requirement of the postal service, in order to announce the delivery.
Online card payment details:
When you pay our invoices via our website, we redirect the online payment process to a secure payment gateway. Your card details are only used to process the payment at hand and we do not store them.
Your rights as a user of JF-stamps.dk
You have the right to know what data JF-stamps.dk stores and processes about you.
You have the right to correct data, if we have registrated incorrect data.
You have the right to have your information erased from JF-stamps.dk’s computer systems, unless those data are nessesary for our legal requirements. If you want your information erased, then please contact us via email Kim@jf-stamps.dk.
You have the right to restrict how we process your data.
Under some circumstances, you have the right to object against JF-stamps.dk’s processing of your personal data.
You have the right to request a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used machine-readable form.
You confirm and accept our updated personal data policy by continuing using the JF-stamps webshop.
Disclaimers
Prices are subject to typographical errors, price errors, tax and tax changes, delivery failure and possible technical errors such as disturbances and breakdowns of current auctions.
All items/objects in our auctions are treated with great care, but changes may occur due to errors in pricing and/or cataloging. Such errors are corrected as soon as possible after we got aware of them, or the lots will be drawn out of the auction.
